Red Wines Aged

Handmade AGED Red wines are created at Rapazzini.Wine by the skilled hands of Partner Winemaker Chef Alex Larson , a 1982 graduate of the California Culinary Academy. He and his brother Charles learned as a boys from the Balanesi Family home winemaking and from John Roffinella, local grape grower and seller and teaching winemaker.

Charles Larson who guided Sandrinos Ristorante & Bar to The Award Of Excellence from  the Wine Spectator from 1984-1993 consults on the final blends with his brother  Alex.
