Partner Winemaker Alex Larson handcrafted this SPECIAL blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc. Vintage 2007   This wine has full bodied flavors of  black cherry, blackberry, and black currant. It also has savory notes of spice and black pepper. The aroma notes include vanilla and clove (a result of the oak barrel aging) and a distinct hint of green bell pepper. It has it all but NO GARLIC. As the former Chef Owner of Sandrinos Ristorante & Bar he knows customers sometime want to splurge on a unique limited quantity handmade red wine to go with the perfectly prepared Steak , roast or Wild Game. This is that wine. Pasta Bolognese or Ravioli Marinara will sing when paired with this wine.

It has a very unique special label featuring a watercolor painting by the famous watercolor artist ,  of a Registered AKC Rottweiler, Jon Rapazzini the founder and Alex Larson one of the current partners each owned special Rottweilers who went everywhere with them.
