Partner Winemaker Alex Larson has put his hand to bringing out the complex flavors of Cabernet Franc Vintage 2018 Some of these flavors are strong herbaceous aromas, with flavors of raspberry, strawberry, and red plum, along with a peppery finish.  This Cabernet Franc will lighter and medium bodied with lighter colored berry flavors than  Cabernet Sauvignon. Charlie Larson found that many people prefer the lighter Cabernet Franc for Pasta dishes, especially pork dishes and even some red meat dishes while overseeing the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Wine list at Sandrinos Ristorante & Bar  3 1/2 stars 1984-1993  Try this with fresh fruit, cheese crackers bread or bruschetta as a snack. The Italians have been for millenia. Serve chilled as all reds should be at 60 degrees. 5 years cellar aged at Rapazzini.Wine
