We ship using UPS United Parcel service which requires a signature of an adult over 21 with identification to receive any package with wine. Any damage or breakage in the package should be immediately reported to ups at 1-800-Pick-UPS  1-800-742-5877 and also to 408-842-5649 Rapazzini Winery

We only ship in California at this time
